Impressive funeral services were held Monday afternoon over the remains of Mrs. Henry Clement who died at Salt Lake June 4, Bishop Andrew Oldroyd conducting the services. Music was furnished by the ward choir. The speakers who offered consolation to the bereaved family were J. H. Payne, Daniel Peterson of Richfield, John C. Hendrickson and Bishop Andrew Oldroyd. "My Father Knows" was sung by Miss Fontell Peterson, the choir assisting. A tribute of respect was read by Mrs. Geo Sorensen "Sometime Somewhere" was sung by Miss Reba Peterson and Virginia Rickenbach. Henry Peterson gave the invocation, Isaac S. Hansen the benediction, the grave was dedicated by Claude B. Payne of Vermilion. Mrs. Henry Clement was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. L. Jensen of Glenwood. She was born in Denmark June 9th, 1890, and when but a child came to Utah with her parents. She was married to Henry Clement of Fairview June 9th, 1903 and since that time they have made their home in Gunnison where Mr. Clement had bad a garage until two years ago when they moved to Magna where he was employed as as a mechanic. She is survived by her husband and five daughters, also her parents, two sisters and one brother. The many beautiful floral offerings were evidence of the love and respect for the deceased and surviving relatives.
